If you need an answer rather than a chat, start a Question thread. It works a bit like Q&A sites: the best answers rise to the top, and future readers find the answer fast.
How to start one
How to start one
- Click Post thread in the forum you want.
- Choose Question as the thread type (in forums where it's enabled).
- Write a specific title and give details in the first post: your state, the sportsbook or casino, what you've already tried.
- Every reply in a Question thread can be upvoted or downvoted.
- Votes are separate from reactions. A funny reply might get lots of laughs, but votes show which answer is actually helpful.
- Readers can sort replies by vote score to see the strongest answers first.
- The member who asked the question can mark the reply that solved it as the solution.
- The solution is highlighted and shown right below the question at the top of the thread, wherever it was posted. "View full post" jumps to its place in the thread.
- Members who give solutions get credit on their profile, so helpful people stand out.
- People who search later get the answer in seconds instead of reading three pages.
- Good answers get rewarded.
- Unanswered questions are easier for helpers to spot.
- Mark a solution once you have your answer. It's the best way to say thanks.
- Upvote helpful replies even in other people's threads.
- Use a Discussion thread for opinions and debates.
